More makeup news!! Dior introduces a new makeup spring line, the Dior Mono Eyeshadow collection, for Spring 2013!! The 18 shades will be available in February, and can be applied dry or wet for a subtle color or an intense finish. The house will also launch a new mascara and an art pen, next month.
